The first reason is fairly obvious. If you lack a proper sleep schedule or simply get less than 8 hours a sleep a night, then chances are you will reach a low point in your day where you start to lose focus. A lack of sleep is also a common precursor to stress. Stress leads to fatigue as well, and high amount of coffee often throw off your body’s natural rhythms. A lack of exercise in your life can also lead to your daytime fatigue. Finally, you may be lacking core nutrients like Magnesium and Vitamin C.
